Community centers offer holistic healing
Community centers are an excellent place to find holistic healing services offered at reasonable prices.
The environment is such where seclusion and privacy are not the focus. However, the opportunity to receive the benefit of the treatment without breaking the bank makes up for the lack of privacy.

In most cases, the community centers will have a private office for the initial consultation. There will be a waiting area and restroom available to clients.
The treatment room will be one large room with several “stations” set up for clients. These stations will consist of a reclining chair or massage table.
There may be dividers, such as drapes or partitions, between the stations. Then again, maybe not. Either way, everyone is in the same room while receiving treatment.
If you require more privacy for your care, this may not be the best option for you. Before you make up your mind, stop in and take a look around – you may be pleasantly surprised!
It is this economical environment that allows the practitioner to save on the overhead and pass the savings on to their clients.
Most community centers charge for their services on a sliding scale. Often it is based on your income and the honor system.
Please do not abuse the provider’s trust! Remember how much that same service would cost at other establishments and take care of your provider.
Even though you are not at a day spa or luxury resort, certain details apply whenever participating in receiving treatments. Please review these other posts to enhance your experience:
