What is polarity therapy?

Polarity therapy is a type of energy work that is peaceful and non-invasive. It works directly with the body’s energy fields.

To begin, the therapist will assess your energy’s attributes. They will do this by use of palpation to assess muscle and tissue condition. General observation along with asking questions will provide additional insight.

By the way, the polarity session does not involve massage. However, it will involve soft touch, gentle rocking, point manipulation, and possible verbal communication.

Consult with your practitioner for your specific needs. They could suggest daily sessions for a week or longer. Or, possibly start with multiple times per week. As you progress, the frequency of visits will ease.
